These added functionalities are a significant improvement in utility without any drawbacks, a stark contrast to devices lacking these features. The customizable button, often found on the left side of a device, allows for quick switching between ring modes and easy access to features like Do Not Disturb, Camera, Flashlight, and Translate. The camera-related button, usually on the right side, adds value by providing quick access to the camera, especially in situations where only one hand is available, and improves the zooming experience by preventing fingers from obscuring the screen. This makes a positive impact in the overall user experience.\The absence of these hardware conveniences in devices from major players like Samsung and Google is noticeable. The two largest Android manufacturers with a significant presence in the US market are missing out on an opportunity to enhance the user experience.
