The Transformers game was planned as a one to four player online action game for PC and consoles, featuring fan-favorite characters battling The Legion.
In Splash Damage ’s statement, the studio will be scaling down, and refocusing their time on other projects. Unfortunately, this means the studio may potentially suffer from layoffs. The statement does not go into specifics, but they do assure that they are “doing everything” possible to support those whose roles may have been made redundant.“This decision did no come lightly, and it is a difficult time for the studio and our people,” reads the statement.
