Construction will begin in June on a $750,000 Paris Baguette bakery at 20135 Stone Oak Parkway, Suite 1025, inside the Stone Oak Mercantile development, documents filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show. Completion is set for October.that work on its second San Antonio store, 5518 N. Loop 1604 West, in the Landmark North shopping center, was getting underway. That unit is expected to begin serving customers late this summer. Paris Baguette stores, inspired by the French boulangerie tradition, offer self-serve access to fresh sweet and savory pastries baked onsite and restocked daily.
