Spears also has to complete a DUI class, speak with a psychologist and psychiatrist regularly, and pay a fine. She underwent treatment for drug and alcohol addiction in April.

” Aearlier this week offered more details about the evening of her arrest, revealing that officers observed the singer illegally crossing into another lane by “approximately” two feet on multiple occasions. While they turned on police sirens, Spears “continued to drive” and “did not immediately react,” the report read. There was a “distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage” when Spears was ultimately pulled over.
“I could probably drink four bottles of wine and take care of you,” Spears told an officer, according to the report. “I’m an angel. ”The report stated that Spears admitted to taking multiple prescription drugs that day and hadn’t eaten in hours. Officers located what appeared to be a bottle labeled “Adderall” in her purse in addition to an empty wine glass in her cupholder.
