While they turned on police sirens, Spears “continued to drive” and “did not immediately react,” the report read. There was a “distinct odor of an alcoholic beverage” when Spears was ultimately pulled over.

Officers located what appeared to be a bottle labeled “Adderall” in her purse in addition to an empty wine glass in her cupholder.
