Letitia Dean showcased her glamorous new look as her character Sharon Watts made a dramatic return to EastEnders in Tuesday's episode. Having been absent since October 2025, the actress dropped two stone and four dress sizes, losing weight in just one year by prioritizing her health and wellbeing.
Sharon returned to Albert Square accompanied by her young son Albie, whom she shares with Phil Mitchell. Letitia previously spoke about her struggles with extreme dieting and her weight yo-yoing, but she made long-term changes and now enjoys a well-balanced diet and exercises such as running and boxercise. The recommended calorie intake for women is around 2,000 calories per day, while for men, it is around 2,500 calories per day, according to the NHS website
