Published: Aug. 02, 2024, 4:25 p.m.PENINSULA, Ohio -- Cuyahoga Valley National Park is seeking volunteers to help remove invasive plant species and restore native habitat on Thursday, Aug. 8 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Invasive plant species can overcrowd native plants, making it difficult for them to thrive. This negatively impacts the wildlife that depends on native plants for food and shelter.
