Learn more about what makes the park special at its next Evening Exploration event, scheduled for Friday. Led by knowledgeable park rangers, the Evening Exploration event series provides a unique opportunity to uncover the stories that have shaped the park, and gain a deeper understanding of its significance.
The event will run from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and is open to visitors of all ages. Participants will take a guided walk through the park on a flat dirt trail that’s between one and one-and-a-half miles miles long.is free, with the exact meeting location to be provided in the registration confirmation email.
CVNP, which is managed by the National Park Service, contains 250 historic structures and landmarks such as the Ohio & Erie Canal, Valley Railway, residential and farming properties and more than 140 miles of hiking, bicycling, and horseback riding trails.If you purchase a product or register for an account through a link on our site, we may receive compensation.
