The city of Middleburg Heights is nearing the completion of a sale for a 7.3-acre property that will house a high-end mixed-use development. The former Burlington Building site along Smith Road is expected to transform into a vibrant hub with residential and commercial spaces. Final details are nearly complete for the sale of a 7.3-acre Southland District property that will facilitate development of an upscale mixed-use project. Middleburg Heights is in the late stages of selling the 7.
