The best sparkling water maker transforms water into seltzer and turns a bottle of bad rosé into something bubbly and palatable.
SodaStream is no longer the only name in the carbonator game, and after years of testing devices, my colleagues and I have found that the best sparkling water maker is a convenient, versatile gadget that blows store-bought soda water…out of the water. I probably shouldn’t admit this publicly, but La Croix is my main form of hydration. I drink still water, but most of the H2O that goes into my body on any given day is cold and carbonated because the bubbles just make it more fun to drink.
So if you, like me, drink a lot of sparkling water, it might be worth it to you to get extra bottles to keep in the fridge so you’re always ready to make a refreshing batch of seltzer. I haven’t used this long enough to know for sure, but I think this is the only way I’ll be able to break my La Croix habit.
