The assault lasted for more than half an hour, however, only about seven minutes was recorded and available to the court.Judge Robert Allan Hulme said the assault involved "prolonged, frenzied and extreme violence" inflicted by a "crazed rabble" who "gleefully carried it out in front of cameras".A teen has been jailed for 15 and a half years for his role in the murder of Jason Galleghan .
By the time the threat of her children entering state care became very real, her son's behaviour was "increasingly uncontrollable" and he began abusing alcohol and other drugs too.
