A man remains holed up inside after the woman reportedly jumped out of a window after a domestic incident at North 15th and Briggs streets.
Dauphin County’s tactical team was called to a Harrisburg home Saturday morning after a woman reportedly jumped out of a window to escape a domestic incident.The woman escaped the home unharmed near North 15th and Briggs streets about 10:30 a.m, according to Matt Maisel, the city’s spokesman. A man was holed up inside.
Police then surrounded the two-story home on Briggs Street for about two hours. When the man still would not come outside, the county’s tactical team was called out to assist. Police did not release further information, including whether the man was armed, or what prompted the incident.
