Jail records show Tyus was arrested on September 5, and charged with six counts of domestic violence.According to Blackwood, a motion was filed immediately to revoke Tyus’ bond on September 6.“An order was entered on September 9th that the defendant should be held without bond pending a motion to revoke bond hearing,” Blackwood explained. “However, he had been released that morning on the ninth before that order was entered.”According to MCSO, Tyus was released at 10 a.m.
