A Lancaster woman is facing charges after she allegedly beat someone with a cane, causing heavy bleeding.

Glendaliz Rosario-Torres, 46, turned herself into police on Sept. 13 and is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, according to Manheim Township Police.

Officers arrived on scene and met with the victim, who was bleeding heavily, police said. Witnesses told officers the assault stemmed from an argument the victim was having with neighbors. Rosario-Torres, who witnesses told police was involved in the incident, allegedly admitted to using a long cane to attack the victim.
