Good morning, Central Ohio! Secure loose objects today as winds increase into the afternoon. Wind speeds will reach 20-30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. A Wind Advisory goes into effect at 11:00 AM and lasts until Monday morning.

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy skies. Rain and storms overnight. Low: 52TUESDAY: Mostly cloudy skies. Cold! Chance flurries. High: 29 For North, Central, and West Ohio. Temperatures will soar into the low to mid-70s ahead of a cold front. The cold front arrives overnight with a narrow band of showers and thunderstorms possible. The greatest severe threat will be west of I-75; however, a strong storm cannot be ruled out in Central Ohio. The Storm Prediction Center has a Marginal Risk for most of the viewing area. Winds will be the primary threat; however, we cannot rule out an isolated tornado, mainly in southwest Ohio. The storms will weaken as they track eastward. The storms will be out by 6 AM in East Ohio.Temperatures plummet as cold air rushes in behind the cold front. Some spotty snow/flurries are possible into the afternoon and evening. Little to no accumulation is expected. Temperatures bottom out in the upper teens and low 20s. It will be a cold St. Patrick’s Day with highs struggling to reach 30.
