According to officials, police declared a barricade after shots were believed to be fired inside a location near the scene of where a teenage boy was fatally shot twice in the head hours earlier.
Police transported him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead shortly before 11 a.m. Authorities had stated several people were inside the location and shots were believed to be fired around the time the teen was killed.
SWAT teams later cleared the house and found no one inside. Police say blood was found inside the house and the investigation is ongoing.
