The Austin Police Department receive a 9-1-1 call Monday night about 8 kittens found in a cage outside on Great Northern Blvd. The kittens were found without food or water."We want to remind the public that it is never ok to leave animals outside in freezing weather with no shelter, food, or water, especially babies," the Austin Police Department said on social media.
