The election of London councillor Mark Adderley, husband of Nadia Sawalha, has raised eyebrows as he was suspended from the Green Party due to anti-Semitic rants on social media. He secured one of eight Green Party seats in Croydon and will sit as an independent, even though his wife Nadia was dropped from ITV show Loose Women over the controversial posts.
Loose Women star Nadia Sawalha 's husband Mark Adderley has been elected as a London councillor despite being suspended from the Green Party over his 'anti-Semitic rants' on social media.
He secured a seat in Crystal Palace & Upper Norwood in Croydon, south London, which has been left with no overall majority. Due to his suspension, he will not be sitting as a Green councillor and will have to sit as an independent. The election of Adderley has raised eyebrows among anti-Semitism advocates who pointed to his videos comparing Israel to Nazi Germany and blaming Mossad for carrying out terror attacks.
He often features his wife Nadia Sawalha, who has been dropped from ITV hit show Loose Women over the 'dangerous' posts. Several of his videos referred to Israeli false flag operations being behind the assassination of US political figure Charlie Kirk and a missile attack on a British base in Cyprus
