Coronation Street's Alan Halsall has just become single again after quietly splitting from his girlfriend Ellie Dolan after only a year. The couple first started dating in December 2024 and managed to keep their blossoming romance under wraps before going public after rumours emerged about their relationship in May 2025. However, nine months later and after weeks of not sharing any pictures of each other on social media, rumours of their break-up began swirling. The pair then unfollowed each other on Instagram, with Halsall going so far as to remove images he had been tagged in with her from their public outings together.

Adapting to single life again, Halsall has thrown himself into work on the Weatherfield cobbles, spending time with friends and hitting the golf course as much as he can. Sienna has also kept him busy, recently following in his footsteps after she landed her first acting gig in an upcoming Christmas pantomime
