Surgieron nuevas acusaciones contra el hijo del ícono de la música norteña, Ramón Ayala, en el sur de Texas el miércoles. Un abogado que representa a exmiembros de la banda musical dijo que se espera una cuarta demanda contra Ramón Ayala Jr., su padre y la agrupación. Las demandas acusan a Ayala Jr. de agresión sexual y acoso durante la gira de la banda entre los años 2024 y 2025.
Según la demanda, muchas de estas acciones fueron captadas en video. La demanda alega que la banda, las compañías discográficas y las editoriales permitieron y ocultaron esta conducta para evitar perjudicar a la banda.
"Hemos presentado este caso en busca de justicia. Tenemos los recibos y tenemos las pruebas. Hago un llamado al Fiscal de Distrito del condado de Hidalgo para que actúe", dijo el abogado Tony Buzbee, del Firma Buzbee Law, durante una conferencia de prensa el miércoles.
