That’s the bad news. The good news is that Premier Boxing Champions will carry the fight in its entirety on their YouTube channel for free—but it will be shown on a delay. Thurman and Jarvis are expected to walk to the ring at 6 a.m. ET. The free video of the entire fight won’t be on PBC’s YouTube channel until 9 a.m. It’s not the worst thing, especially considering that no one wants to get up at the crack of dawn on a Wednesday morning to watch Thurman’s comeback fight against a little-known fighter. Thurman hasn’t fought since he won a unanimous decision over current WBC welterweight champion Mario Barrios in 2022. The significant layoff, which was due to injury, had many wondering if they had seen One Time for the last time in the ring.“Brock Jarvis is a sturdy guy—rough and tough, an inside fighter—but he’s been sheltered on his island, in his little bubble,” said Thurman via a press release provided by PBC. “I’m coming to pop that bubble… To me, he looks like somebody who knows how to go for the win, but has he really been swimming out there with the sharks? It doesn’t look like it to me. That’s what I’m bringing to the table—something he’s never seen before.”House Hearing Ends In Clash After Rep. At one point, he was undoubtedly one of the best fighters in the world, having fought during the most recent heyday of the welterweight division. However, inactivity and injury have left him behind his peers, like Terence Crawford and even Errol Spence, who has had his own struggles. Shawn Porter, another of Thurman’s peers and former opponents who has since retired, questioned what One Time has left in the tank.an unpredictable bout. Porter also said he believes Jarvis doesn’t have a good game plan. Jarvis has only had one fight against a notable opponent. He faced Liam Paro in 2022. Unfortunately for Jarvis, he lost that fight by a first-round KO. He’d obviously like to change that against Thurman. To Jarvis’ credit, he has proven to possess punching power. He’s 22-1 with 20 KOs in his career. Granted, those finishes have come against low-level competition.
