CLEVELAND, Ohio - The Cleveland Division of Police are requesting assistance from the public in locating a missing person who was last seen early Monday morning. According to police, Tyrone Hatcher was reported missing at 2 p.
m. Monday, however he was last seen at approximately 3 a.m. early Monday morning.Tyrone is considered an endangered missing person by police because he has dementia and the current weather conditions. He is described by police as 5-feet-8-inches, with brown eyes and a bald head weighing approximately 160 pounds.Cleveland Police said he is believed to be wearing a tan colored “Carhartt” jumper with black boots, and a bomber style hat with floppy ears.He is known to frequent the McDonald’s located at E 93rd Street and Kinsman Road, as well as libraries.
