Get ready for a summer of love and drama as Love Island USA returns to Peacock on Tuesday, June 2 at 6 p.m. PT for its eighth season.
The popular reality TV dating show has announced its cast of 12 new islanders, who will be heading to Fiji in search of love and romance. Among the contestants are four hailing from California: Bryce Dettloff, a DJ and handyman from Los Angeles; Melanie Moreno, a bikini store manager also from LA; Beatriz Hatz, a professional athlete from San Diego; and KC Chandler, a nursing assistant from Fresno.
Hatz, who was born with a rare birth defect, is notably a Paralympic athlete, having competed in the 2020 Tokyo and 2024 Paris Games, winning bronze in the Women's Long Jump T64. The other contestants include Aniya Harvey from Georgia, Gabriel Vasconcelos from Florida, Kenzie Annis from Georgia, Sean Reifel from Pennsylvania, Sincere Rhea from New Jersey, Trinity Tatum from Virginia, Vasana Montgomery from Oregon, and Zach Georgiou from England, who is the brother of Love Island USA season 7 and Love Island: Beyond the Villa season 2 cast member Charlie Georgiou.
Host Ariana Madix returns to guide the islanders through their romantic journey. Viewers can expect the return of the popular cast music video, which could become the song of the summer. Love Island USA is known for its real-time filming and editing, with viewers voting to keep their favorite islanders in the game. This season, fans will also have the power to select which bombshells they want to couple up with the original islanders.
