Yesway is looking to go public as North Texas gains more public companies
Yesway Inc., a Fort Worth convenience store chain, announced it has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed initial public offering, according to company filings. It aims to be traded on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol"YSWY.
"in 2021 but withdrew that effort in 2022, saying “it no longer wishes to conduct a public offering of securities at this time.” The company, started around 2015, has built a chain with nearly 450 stores with its namesake and Allsup’s in states that include Texas, Kansas, South Dakota and Missouri.
