Authored by XRPL Labs developer Denis Angell, the new XRPL proposal, XLS-56d"Batch Transactions," has been published for public discussion. If implemented, the upgrade is set to make XRPL asset transfers way more cost-effective and user-friendly than ever before.Technically, Batch Transactions will allow blockchain accounts to bundle a series of actions into a single transfer and validate it in an atomic manner. Apps will be enabled to charge platform fees inside user transactions, initiate trustless token swaps across accounts and attach fallback logic for failed transfers. Also, the new development will be of paramount importance for NFTs on XRP Ledger.
