Officers responded to Burger King Aug. 22 after an employee reported that a couple would not leave and that the woman had punched the man in the face during an argument.
They both were charged with disorderly conduct.
The Parma woman, 37, was in possession of a homemade device used to remove security locks from product packaging.Officers removed a dog from an unlocked vehicle Aug. 27 after a caller saw it alone in the vehicle with all the windows up.He was warned about leaving the dog alone in the car without any ventilation.He was arrested on a felony warrant with the Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office once his identity was revealed.A resident, 33, was cited for theft at Target Aug.
He said he had paid one month of back rent after being served an eviction notice, so he thought he could stay.
