The National Weather Service issued a winter storm warning at 9:21 a.m. on Sunday in effect until Monday at 9 a.m. for Westmoreland Ridges and Fayette Ridges.

"Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions.
