The Season 2 finale of Hulu’s “Paradise” delivered death, danger and a host of questions following a rollercoaster final episode. The latest season of the post-apocalyptic thriller, which stars Sterling K.
Brown as U.S. Secret Service agent Xavier Collins living in a city in an underground bunker in Colorado, ended with a stunning death and the reveal of a shadowy character who is part human, part machine. Multiple characters don’t make it out of the episode alive, and the existence of Paradise itself is in jeopardy. The question now is what the future holds for Xavier, the rest of the inhabitants of Paradise and the cryptic figure known as Alex. Will we get a third season of the show to find out? Will There Be a Season 3 of “Paradise”? Yes, “Paradise” will return for another season. Brown announced on the show’s Instagram on March 17 that it had been renewed for a third go round. He is shown in a video going through messages written on cue cards. “Knock, knock. Paradise is full of secrets,” the cards read. “So many secrets that they can’t be contained to just 2 seasons.” Show star Nicole Brydon Bloom spoke on TODAY on March 21 about the show getting picked up for a third season. “It was so exciting. There were whispers that it would happen, but it’s always so thrilling to see that people are enjoying the show and that Hulu wants to do a third season,” she told Peter Alexander and Laura Jarrett. Brown told TODAY.com in 2025 that show creator Dan Fogelman envisioned a story arc that would run across three seasons. “Fogelman is the secret sauce behind the whole thing,” Brown told Jenna Bush Hager and Sheinelle Jones on TODAY March 23. Brown likened it to the progress of the iconic HBO drama “The Wire,” where “each season sort of explores a different aspect of a community.” The “This Is Us” star said each season of “Paradise” might examine “the same community, but from a slightly different aspect.” “For us, we’re looking at what happens to the world inside of Paradise? The people who prepared for it, who knew that it was coming, how do they manage the situation? How do people manage the situation they had no idea was coming and are forced to live without any sort of infrastructure?” Brown said.
