“If you’re looking for alternative locations, there is the Travis County Civil and Family Court and also the LBJ Library,” said Dasagi. “At locations, we expect higher turnout we’ve added additional staff and equipment to assist with check-ins along with workers to assist with managing the lines and getting information to voters who are waiting,” said Limon-Mercado. “We expect, depending on how long lines are, we could have some polls close at 7 p.m. and maybe some close closer to 8 p.m. or 9 p.m. All of those variables impact what time we are able to start calculating election results and get them out.
