Nasezire Horton , 21,and Quentin Riviere , 21, were arraigned in Monroe County Court, Thursday, September 12, 2024, facing several charges in connection to the Aug. 12 triple shooting on Hazelwood Terrace in Rochester that killed 19-year-old Rukia Isaack and injured two teens. Rochester , N.Y. – Two prior convicted felons charged in connection with last month’s deadly triple shooting in the city's Beechwood neighborhood have pleaded not guilty.
The two defendants, both on parole, are accused of shooting at three teens walking on Hazelwood Terrace Aug. 12. Horton and Riviere were arrested a week later at a house on Edmonds Street. Police said they were using the home to sell drugs.
