Rochester, N.Y. Two convicted felons accused in last month's triple shooting on Hazelwood Terrace have been indicted on charges of murder and attempted murder.

— Two convicted felons accused in last month's triple shooting on Hazelwood Terrace have been indicted on charges of murder and attempted murder.Police believe Isaack was struck by a stray bullet, and two other teens who were wounded were the intended targets. Riviere and Horton were arrested later that week at a home on Edmonds Streets that was being used as a gatehouse to sell cocaine and marijuana, according to police. They're both also facing several counts of criminal possession of a weapon and one count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Horton was released on parole for assault in March, and Riviere is on parole for burglary, according to investigators. Both have prior convictions for weapons possession. Horton's parole officers arrested him in July for allegedly riding a stolen moped. He was charged with violating parole and was released from custody.
