The 12-unit Jefferson Hill Townhomes is seeking final approval from the Cleveland Planning Commission
The 12-unit Jefferson Hill Townhomes, the tentative name of the project, will go before the Cleveland Planning Commission on Friday for final approval. The townhomes are to be located at West 5th Street and Jefferson Avenue.
Based on a images submitted to the planning commission, the townhomes will be four stories, with some elevated at the south facing the sidewalk on Jefferson Avenue. There will be stairs leading to the townhomes.The second floor will have a deck and living area. The master suite and possible guest bedroom will be on the third floor, along with the laundry. And the fourth floor will have a rooftop deck and additional living, or office space.
The property owner, Rod Reed will present the project to the commission, along with zoning planner Xavier Bay. Reed is working with Cleveland-based Payto Architects on the design of the homes.
