The Cleveland Planning Commission approved plans for a three-story apartment building

The Cleveland Planning Commission approved schematic design plans to build a three-story apartment building on West 26th Street, just south of Lorain Avenue.

The one-to-two-bedroom apartments were shown to have similar layouts, which included in-unit laundry, patios and residents on the first floor will have a large planter to promote privacy. The vacant 3,585 square foot parcel was purchased by AHA Market Housing from DiamondBack Properties in February for $250,000, according to county records.Harper told the commission that the apartment would be a walk-up, but said that this could be an advantage.
