Touch 'n Go has appointed Praba Sangarajoo as its new CEO effective 1st April. He joined TNG less than 2 years ago and spearheaded new products including RFID tolling, RFID fuelling and Enhanced TNG card.
, and the acquisition of an unprecedented number of new parking sites in 2022.
Before joining Touch ‘n Go, Praba was the CEO of Xperanti IoT Sdn Bhd and he has also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sapura Secured Technologies. Prior to that, Praba served in various management roles in large multinational companies such as Nokia Siemens Networks and Fujitsu. The new CEO also has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the University of Northumbria.
Commenting on the appointment, Touch ‘n Go Group Chairman Dato Zainal Abidin Putih said “We are pleased to congratulate Praba on his promotion to his new role as CEO of Touch ‘n Go. Praba’s vast experience prior to joining Touch ‘n Go coupled with his experience in running Touch ‘n Go’s Business & Growth division, will be invaluable in taking the company to the next level of growth.
