KUALA LUMPUR, March 14 — Pharmaniaga Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Zulkarnain Md Eusope has resigned from the company effective today.“He has served Pharmaniaga since September 2020, and during his tenure, the company has achieved significant business growth in the Malaysian private market, as well as its operations in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, Pharmaniaga said the exco would also prioritise the preparation of the PN17 Regularisation Plan, which would be supervised by a newly formed PN17 Board Committee Task Force chaired by independent non-executive director Datuk Lim Thean Shiang. Pharmaniaga Berhad is the pharmaceutical arm of Boustead and, together with the Armed Forces Fund Board , are the company’s major shareholders. — Bernama
