A 69-year-old woman from Theodore, Minnie G. Cochran, died from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 near Mobile. The crash occurred on January 23rd when the vehicle she was a passenger in struck a bridge support column. The driver, Troy D. Conchran, was also injured.
According to ALEA , a single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 5:39 a.m. Friday, Jan. 23, has claimed the life of a Theodore woman. Minnie G. Cochran, 69, was critically injured when the 2019 Chevrolet Suburban she was a passenger in left the roadway and struck a bridge support column.
She was transported to USA Health University Hospital in Mobile for medical treatment. On Saturday, Jan. 24, Minnie Cochran succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased while at the hospital. The driver of the Suburban, Troy D. Conchran, 57, of Theodore, was also injured and transported to USA Health University Hospital in Mobile for medical treatment.The crash occurred on Interstate 10 near the 5 mile marker, approximately nine miles west of Mobile city limits, in Mobile County.
