earlier this week that it welcomed twin Siberian Tiger cubs on July 20.
Born to mom Talya and dad Titan — who previously welcomed another pair of twins in 2021 — the animals weighed in at 15 and 16 pounds during their last exam earlier this month, the zoo said. "Hold onto your stripes!!! We've got paw-sitively exciting news," the Toledo Zoo wrote in its social media statement, sharing a video of the newborns bonding and spending time with their parents.
The establishment noted that the cubs' gender will be revealed next week, and a naming contest will soon follow.
