St. Ignatius, ranked No. 22 in the cleveland.com Top 25, falls to 1-5 and faces arch-rival St. Edward next Saturday at Lakewood High School.

According to scores listed on joeeitel.com, the Wildcats haven’t been shut out in consecutive weeks since before the year 2000, which is as far back as the website goes. Last week St. Ignatius fell to Archbishop Hoban, 35-0. Toledo Central Catholic defeated Hoban last year in the Division II state championship game, and this year the Fighting Irish have dropped to Division III.
