SAN MARCOS, Texas - Texas Rangers are investigating after a man who was arrested by San Marcos police died in custody.
That man, who was identified as 43-year-old Dennis Thornton of Leander, Texas, was located by officers, leaning over the barrier separating the north and southbound lanes.
