Implement DevOps practices to enhance collaboration between development and operations teams, focusing on continuous integration and continuous delivery. Ensure that applications are properly monitored, logged, and secured, using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and AWS CloudWatch.Lead a team of full stack engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and career development opportunities. Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, ensuring that the team meets deadlines and project goals.
