Are you looking forward to the new PSVR2? SonyPlayStation PSVR2 TechNave
Earlier this month, it was reported that the Sony PlayStation VR2 would be in the mass production phase soon. Sony's latest VR headset was also showcased at the recent CES 2023. Now, the company has also confirmed the number of launch titles.
According to the PlayStation blog, the Sony PSVR2 will have more than 30 games available at launch. The launch window has been set to March 2023, assuming Sony doesn't have to postpone or delay. There will also be an update for Gran Turismo 7 on the PSVR2's launch day, so you can enjoy the game in VR.
Currently, there are about 24 confirmed PSVR2 launch titles. The first batch of 11 titles announced in November 2022 included titles like Switchback VR, Cities VR – Enhanced Edition, and Crossfire: Sierra Squad. The latest batch of 13 titles would probably be more interesting for most people, as it has games like No Man's Sky and Star Wars: Tales from the Galaxy's Edge.
If you want to see what other VR games are available, you can check the PlayStation blog page. But what do you think about the current list, would you play these games? Let us know what you think about the upcoming PSVR2 in the comments, and stay tuned to TechNave for more updates about the headset.
