A new featurette for "Send Help," the upcoming survival horror thriller from director Sam Raimi, gives fans an exclusive first look at behind-the-scenes action and candid moments with stars Rachel McAdams and Dylan O'Brien.
"It's a rite of passage to have Sam Raimi throw blood in your face," laughed McAdams in the featurette, recalling an on-set experience. Raimi himself appears in the video directing bloodshed scenes, adding, "It's just a job I feel I have to do because no one does it as well as me." The featurette showcases behind-the-scenes moments from the film, such as McAdams immersed in a water-logged airplane and, in classic Raimi fashion, an abundance of gore. "The experience with him is interesting, fun and wild." O'Brien said. "He's so collaborative. You can throw the whackiest ideas at him." McAdams added. So, what does it take to survive Raimi's set? Fans will have to experience it for themselves when "Send Help" hits theaters.The Walt Disney Company is the parent company of 20th Century Studios and this ABC station.
