And being there is joyful. And when it’s not, I’ll say so. I have been so grateful to have this family. I consider this my family, my greater family, and when times are hard, you want to be with your family. And I want to be with my family." She admitted, "I don’t know if I can do it. I don’t know if I’ll belong anymore, but I would like to try. I would like to try. I’m not gonna be the same, but maybe it’s like that old poem, more beautiful in the broken places." Guthrie’s mother, Nancy, has been missing since the night of January 31. She was reported missing on February 1 when she didn’t show up at a church service, and authorities have been searching for the 84-year-old since.Investigators believe she was kidnapped overnight and have obtained surveillance footage of a masked man at her door. Sheriff Chris Nanos previously told NBC News, "We believe we know why did this and we believe that it was targeted, but we’re not 100% sure of that.
