BEKAS ahli Parlimen Klang Charles Santiago menggesa Putrajaya mencontohi negara lain dalam menangani isu banjir secara berterusan dengan melaksanakan skim insurans banjir nasional sebagai jaringan keselamatan sosial kepada golongan rentan. Dalam satu kenyataan dikeluarkan hari ini, beliau berkata skim itu perlu disediakan di semua negeri dengan subsidi diberikan kepada isi rumah B40.
