Provided the required documents are complete and all conditions fulfilled, Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali said house owners would not need to go from department to department, including the Fire and Rescue Department with their application for approval and cut down the waiting period."A sense of urgency pushes us to be proactive and not merely responsive in dealing with matters,” he said at the launch of Putrajaya Open Day 2023 on March 2.

Mohd Zuki said the government was focused on efforts to reduce bureaucracy, ensure no red-tape and eliminate silo work culture in the government. "Some of the Initiatives include reducing the congestion in government hospitals, development of poor schools, marketability of vocational education and training graduates and cashless payment for government services.

"Hopefully, with the team of special officers led by me that were working towards the reformation of the agencies, we will see improvement in the public services, in accordance with the Malaysia Madani agenda," he said.Back then, the participating ministries, departments, agencies and corporations held its open day at its respective premises.

This time, over 60 participating bodies were gathered at Kompleks Perbadanan Putrajaya, from March 2 to March 5.
