San Antonio Target , Hunting and Fishing Club, dodging legal flak from neighbors over its shooting activities, has agreed to cease operations at its gun range until a trial later this year. Under terms of a temporary injunction agreed to by both sides, no one is permitted to fire weapons on the club’s property on the Northwest Side for the next five months or so. That means no trap or target shooting will be taking place.

San Antonio gun club under legal fire; suit alleges ‘abnormally dangerous conduct’ at shooting range On Dec. 17, a judge granted SA Given to Fly’s motion for a temporary restraining order putting a halt to the shooting until a hearing on its motion for a temporary injunction. That hearing, which had been set for Monday, was called off after the parties entered into the agreed temporary injunction.
