MELAKA: Melaka Chief Minister has given a one-week ultimatum to all government departments and agencies to resolve the backlog of public complaints.

Datuk Seri Sulaiman Md Ali said he has received feedback that complaints were not acted upon for a long time which had cast a negative impact on the state government.

Sulaiman said he would start visiting each of the departments and agencies to look into the sluggish management of public complaints.
