CM Datuk Seri Hajiji Haji Noor said he duly informed Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim about the new State Cabinet and that it is good for Sabah, thus disproving accusations that he went against the wish of the Prime Minister on the matter.

“Of course, I informed him. To me, this is a must. Not only that we informed the supreme leader, which is the Prime Minister, but what we did is also for the good of Sabah,” he said, after University College Sabah Foundation’s 2nd Convocation at Sabah International Convention Centre , Saturday.Hajiji, who is also Chancellor of UCSF, said he not only meets but also has telephone conversations with Anwar.
