A Gulf Shores man faces charges of willful torture and abuse of a child after he was arrested Monday for being physically and verbally abusive toward his three children whose ages range from 2 to 4.
When officers arrived, they found Tomlin attempting to cross the state highway with three small children.Witnesses at the nearby park located on Highway 180 -- otherwise known as Fort Morgan Road -- were interviewed. Evidence obtained by police indicated that he had picked up one of the children by the hair and clothing then slammed him into a stroller.
