Inside Nightsleeper star Joe Cole's life as he stars in new BBC drama and it seems he isn't the only famous sibling in his family as his brother also has a leading role on TV
Joe Cole, the leading man of Nightsleeper, has a fascinating life off-screen that's worth knowing about. Nightsleeper is a thrilling series that premiered on BBC One on Sunday, September 15. The plot revolves around a sleeper train from Glasgow to London that gets hacked, with episodes unfolding over three weeks. The drama centres around Joe Roag, portrayed by Joe Cole, an off-duty police officer who strives to maintain calm among passengers while figuring out how to ensure their safety.
Joe attended a state school in south London. However, after underperforming, he had to repeat a year in college and ended up in the same class as his brother Finn. Before finding his passion for acting, thanks to a "fantastic drama teacher", it's reported that he sold coffee and carpets to earn a living.
