NSTnation Penang recorded one Covid-19 case today.
It is learnt that the employee had returned to work in the state with flu-like symptoms, after visiting Kuala Lumpur over a week ago.
“All our staff in Penang will work from home for the next two weeks and all necessary actions are being taken for them to return after that time. Additionally, all of our facilities are being sanitised,” he added. “We have business continuity plans in place, and we encourage customers to plan ahead and contact us with questions.”
As such, no production disruptions are believed to be involved, as all the company’s staff continue working from their respective homes.
